Scott Manchester is the Vice President for Windows 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop at Microsoft. He is a 21-year veteran at Microsoft where he has led the development of Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop, Remote Desktop Service, Second Screen Remoting, Multimedia, and Networking technologies. Scott has developed 25 patents related to remoting, networking, and media. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington and an Executive MBA from Washington State University.

Deb has over 20 years experience in Product Management and holds MS and BS degrees in Computer Science from the University of California at Irvine.

Joe Whittinghill

Joe Whittinghill is the Chief Learning Officer for Microsoft. Joe leads a team responsible for activating culture and learning, building world-class leaders, and enabling the workforce of the future for Microsoft.  Joe has expertise in strategy, mergers and acquisitions, organization development, learning, executive development, the neuroscience of leadership, and culture activation.

Joe is one of the architects of the Microsoft Culture Framework: Cultural Attributes, Leadership Principles, Manager Expectations, and Values which are at the core of the company’s business and cultural transformation.

Prior to this role, Joe was the General Manager of the Merger & Acquisitions Venture Integration group.  During his six years leading the group, he built a practice that facilitated the closure and integration of more than 130 acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures representing $31B+ in consideration and adding over 34,000 new employees worldwide to Microsoft.           

He joined Microsoft in 1999, and has held various leadership roles responsible for the development of leaders, organizations and learning, as well as Finance.  His previous work in learning led to the design and building of what is now known as the Microsoft Learning Center in Redmond, WA.  Joe serves on a number of non-profit boards, is the past-chairman of the University of Montana Foundation Board of Trustees, Bersin Academy, and is a guest lecturer at universities on the topics of M&A, culture and leadership, and organization development.  His personal interests include fly-fishing, snow skiing, and anything Montana.

He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Montana and his M.S.O.D. from the Pepperdine University Graziadio School of Business.

Now, Amol is VP, Product at Nerdio, where his passion lies in building easy-to-use, uber-intuitive software products.  When Amol isn’t banishing IT headaches for SMBs and enterprises by making magic happen behind the scenes at Nerdio, you‘ll find him playing pickleball or enjoying the many beautiful trails & beaches in Southern California.

Erwin Visser

General Manager of the Cloud Service Provider (CSP) Strategy and GTM at Microsoft

Erwin Visser is General Manager of the Cloud Service Provider (CSP) strategy and GTM for Microsoft Americas. Erwin’s key focus and passion is to enable Microsoft partners in Americas to digitally transform SMB and Corporate customers through worldclass cloud services.

Prior to his current role, Erwin Visser was the General Manager for Enterprise & Industry Marketing, responsible for leading the worldwide marketing strategy for the enterprise segment across commercial and public-sector customers. Before that, Erwin Visser was responsible for the worldwide commercial strategy and marketing of Windows, including the Windows client operating system as well as Windows Phone devices. In this position, Erwin was responsible for the global commercial launch of Windows 7, Windows Phone 7, and Windows 8.1.

In 2006, Erwin transitioned to Microsoft Corporate in Redmond from Microsoft BV in the Netherlands, where he led the Microsoft subsidiary marketing organization as a member of the Dutch leadership team. Erwin grew up in the ranks at Microsoft BV, after starting in a technical pre-sales role, through various Sales and Marketing positions.

Erwin holds a master’s in computer science and a bachelor’s in mathematics from the University of Amsterdam.

In addition to his career, Erwin is passionate about pushing his personal limits and exploring new experiences, countries and cultures. His hobbies include scuba-diving, mountain climbing, skiing, cycling and travel. Key highlights are Erwin’s 2023 successful summit of Mount Everest and his family climb with the 3 oldest children of Mount Rainier in 2021. Sharing his passion for travel and adventure with his children is his biggest joy.
