The Microsoft Azure Cloud continues to attract more and more oranizations’ virtual apps and desktops via the Azure Virtual Destkop (AVD) service. It makes a lot of sense:  rather than hosting your virtual apps and desktops yourself, why not let AVD do it and bypass the time, extra staffing, myriad costs, and headaches of doing it yourself.  The days of paying for data center real estate, server, storage, and networking, along with excessive and wasteful energy expenses are becoming a thing of the past as AVD has emerged as an extremely attractive (and powerful) option.
